Phillip Small has been named as the Western Director for the World Softball League.
The WSL gains a huge asset for Western United States. Phillip has came from Triple Crown Sports when he was instrumental in setting up and running tournament across the US and abroad.
The Rocky Mountains Series will be started by Phillip in 2009.
